F1 3' 12er T f.,4 GC,.; Lkl Amended memorandum dated November 7, 1994; the location in the former memorandum was in error. It referred to WCR 57 inadvertently instead of WCR 59. I have reviewed the application and have the following comments. I have verified that Weld County maintains the road to the intersection of WCR 59 and WCR 130 and east a distance of 9/10 of a mile; then at the point where the road leaves the section line to the bed and breakfast site, it is a privately maintained road. According to the Special Review Questionnaire, Item No. 19, the applicant is indicating "no construction needed now, but possibly in the future". On the mylar, the applicant is indicating possible addition. This should be labeled "Future Addition". cc: Commissioner Kirkmeyer file WCR 59 11( DEC 2 1 1994 950425 amt MEMORAIMU VIIV .
