DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
MARTIN SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it hereby approves the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in that subdivision known as Martin Subdivision, situate in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld
County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter;
thence N 89° 58' 45" W on an assumed bearing along the South line
said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1170.00'; thence N 00° 27'
22" E parallel with the East line said Southeast Quarter a distance
of 770.00'; thence S 89° 58' 45" E parallel with the South line
said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1170.00' to a point on the East
line said Southeast Quarter; thence S 00° 27' 22" W along said East
line a distance of 770.00' to the point of beginning,
containing 20.68 acres, m/l; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake the main-
tenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed
by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of
Weld, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond in the
sum of $2,500.00 to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications
and that said bond shall continue in effect until released by action of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was,

introduced for passage by the weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the Subdivision
Plat Martin Su4iyjsiOa
located on the following described property Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
Pt of the Southeast Quarter (SE*) of Section Twelve (12), Township One (1)
North, Range Sixty—six (66) West of the 6th P, M., Weld County, Colorado
containing 21 acres more or less. See attached plat.
ROAD TO BE COMPLETED: 2560feet
be recommended (favorably) egagegegfted to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for the following reasons:
Meets the Subdivision Regulations
