RE: AUTHORIZE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AT NORWEST BANK COLORADO - GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld rents a safe deposit box from Norwest Bank Colorado -
Greeley for the purpose of storing documents, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board to designate certain County officers and
employees to have access to said safe deposit box, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Donald Warden, Director Finance and Administration; Carol
Harding, Deputy Clerk to the Board; Kimberlee Schuett, Deputy Clerk to the Board; and Esther
Gesick, Deputy Clerk to the Board, be, and hereby are designated as the Weld County officials
who are to have access to the safe deposit box, rented by the County of Weld from Norwest
Bank Colorado - Greeley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated December 10,
1990, designating certain County officers and employees to have access to said safe deposit
box be and hereby is, rescinded effective September 29, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of September, A.D., 1997.
