ACCEPTING DEDICATION AND RE -DEDICATION OF
PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY, SEEHUSEN SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby vacate said plat and dedication of the Seehusen
Subdivision as recorded June 18, 1963, in Book 10 of Maps at page 14, Weld County
Records, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication and re -dedication of
perpetual right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in
behalf of the public, for the Seehusen Subdivision being a tract of land situate
in Lot One of SE4SE4 of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.
M., Weld County, more particularly described as follows:
Considering that the South line of said Section 9 bears N 89°55'00"
W and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Sec 9; thence N along the E line
of said Sec 9, 659.90', m/l; thence W 30:00', m/l to the true pt of
beginning; thence N 89°54'40" W 146.46'; thence N 0°09'20" W 441.20` ;
thence S 89°54'40" E, 146.46'; thence S 0°09'20" E 441.20' to the true
pt of beginning;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the sub-
divider according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
