SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be consdered at
the May 16, 1995 hearing beginning at 10:00a.m. The Department of Planning Services is
requesting that the Board review the indivival cases and determine whether or not to authorize
legal action to remedy the violations.

The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to
proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons
claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting concert with the identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or
the Weld County Attorney's office.
