COLORADO MEMORANDUM TO: Board of County Commissioners May 12, 1995 From: Department of Planning Services SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be consdered at the May 16, 1995 hearing beginning at 10:00a.m. The Department of Planning Services is requesting that the Board review the indivival cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. VI -2147, Lonnie and Carolen Smiley Sections 31.2, 31.3.9, 31.4.8, 45.6 Noncommercial Junkyard VI -2177, Joseph and Dorothy Vidal Sections 31.2, 31.3.9 Noncommercial Junkyard VI -2179, Leonard and Virginia Turley Sections 31.2, 31.3.9 Noncommercial Junkyard VI -2180, Hill and Park Sanitation Sections 31.2, 31.2.16, 43 Non -recreational vehicle BCV-2174, William Jensen E� Section 30 Enclosing existing Patio without permits BCV-2172, Randall Duncan/Rainey Sections 50.5.3, 40.5.2, 70.4.2 Failure to complete Inspections The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting concert with the identified parties.
