I don't think you have to rerecord the resolution. If you do it should be
accompanied by a cover sheet indicating that it is the same as previously
recorded

This case surfaced on my desk unannounced - the BOCC resolution was recorded
immediately following, however, the simplistic map was not.
spoke to Todd - he was under the impression it was recorded - I am just going
to re-record the resolution with the map if that sounds cool to you
