Dear Sirs:
The ballots for voting the New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control
District are hereby presented to the Board of County Commissioners.
The total acreage in the proposed district is 244,160 acres with
31,942 acres deleted for balloting purpose because of federal and
state lands. This leaves 212,218 acres that can be voted. There
were 124,327 acres balloted which is well over the 50% of the acres
nedessary.
There were 106 votes cast in favor of this district and 47 votes
against. This represents more than 66 2/3 votes cast in favor of the
district.
This district is to remain in effect for a period of 5 years
with the expiration date being December 31, 1971. This district
has specified Canada Thistle and Field Bindweed as the two noxious
weeds to control.

The ballots for voting on the New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control
District have been counted by the counting board. The results are
as follows:
The New Raymer -Stoneham Pest Control District voted 106 in
favor and 47 opposed.
The counting board finds the above ballot to be true and
accurate.
