RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Regional Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James Collins, Lochbuie Chief of Police, be
appointed and David Vohs, Windsor Fire Department, be reappointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint James Collins as the Police Zone 3
representative and reappoint David Vohs as the Fire Zone B representative to said board, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that James Collins be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Regional
Communications Advisory Board as Police Zone 3, with his term to expire December 31, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that David Vohs be, and hereby is, reappointed
to said Board as the Fire Zone B representative, with his term to expire December 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of February, A.D., 1995.
