WEST TWENTY-SECOND STREET
DELBERT M. ANDERSON:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of a public road situate
within a tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW'f) of Section Thirteen (13),
Township Five North (5 N), Range Sixty-six West (66 W) of the 6th P. M., Weld
County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 13 and considering the
west line of said section to bear S 01° 41'10" E with all bearings
herein related thereto; thence S01° 41' 10" E 1289.67 feet; thence
N88° 18'50" E 406.18 feet; thence S01° 41'10" E 70.00 feet to the
centerline of West 22nd Street as recorded in the records of Weld
County; thence along said centerline N88° 18'50" E 24.08 feet;
thence along said centerline S86° 10'16" E 234.48 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence N 3° 49' 44" E 35.00 feet; thence S86°
10' 16" E 604.35 feet to a point on the west boundary line of Bel Air
Park as recorded in the records of Weld County; thence S18° 44' 30" W
64.98 feet along said boundary line of Bel Air Park; thence N86° 10'
16" W 579.41 feet; thence N 3° 49' 44" E 25.00 feet to the true point
of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be approved for filing, and said
public road thereon shown be approved by the County of Weld provided, however,
that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public road after it
has been constructed by the owner, according to County specifications and
accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
