M., thence North 0°05'32" West, 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 0°05'32" West, 766.80 feet; thence North 89°54'58" East, 1400.50 feet; thence South 0°05'02" East, 235.60 feet; thence North 89°54'58" East, 60.00 feet; thence South 0°05'02" East 531.20 feet; thence South 89°54'58" West, 1460.40 feet to the true point of beginning; all in Section 36, T.1N., R66W of the 6th P. M., in Weld County, Colorado.
