1. Until further written notice you are authorized, for your own accounts, to receive such oil into your possession or the possession of any person or corporation
designated by you, the oil so received to be run and measured in accordance with customary pipeline riles and regulations including those of the governmental agency
having recognized jurisdiction over or control of the production and handling of oil in such area.
Z. The oil ton hereunder shall, of the terms herein stated, become your property immediately upon being received into your possession or the possession of your
designated nominee; and you agree to receive the oil run hereunder and subject to the further provision hereof, to pay the respective owners therefor according to the
divisim of interest herein indicated, either at your posted per barrel (42 gallons) field price for similar oil prevailing for the field where produced on the date of each
reapeclna rut or if the oil purchased by a nominee the price to be paid shall be the same price received from such nominee, or if you do not post ■ price for such oil,
the price to be paid shall be an agreed price, and in the absence of a pipeline connection all prices are subject to deduction of barging or trucking costs.
3. Forges add and/or used by you off the lease or unit, settlements shall be based on the net market value at the well. For gas sold at the well, settlements shall be
based on the net sales price received by you.
4. Settlements and payments based on the prices set forth herein are to be made monthly by your checks mailed to the respective persons interested at the addresses

upon the production, eeveance, and ad valorem. At your option you may hold, without interest, and remit annually for the aggregate of twelve months accumulation
of monthly accruals of amounts less than Twenty -Five Dollen (525.00).
5 Each of the undersigned hereby (1) warrants and guarantees the title b his interest in the oil and in the net proceeds of gas sold, or used off the property, and (2)
in came of an adverse claim or claims loathe oil run to his credit, or his interest in the net proceeds of the gee sold, or used off the property, or any part thereof, agrees
b indemnity you against all advent claims as to payments, and hereby authorizes you to retain all proceeds accruing to the undersigned without any obligation to pay
interest on the amount so withheld until the required indemnity shall have been famished or until the dispute as to the ownership of the production involved is settled.
You are hereby relieved of any responsibility for determining when any of the interests herein set forth shall revert to other parties as a result of the completion or
discharge of money or other payments from said interests. It is understood that any vendee or assignee of any interest in said property or the production thereof shall
take subject to the terms hereof, and you shall not be bound by any male or assignment of any interest in said property until written notice thereof shall be furnished
you in the Loom of the original or a certified copy of the instrument by which said sale or assignment was made. Regardless of the effective date of the instrument of
conveyance, all transfers shall be made effective as of 7:00 A.M. of the first day of a calendar month; and transfers shall not be made effective earlier than the first
day of the calendar month in which said written notice is received.
6. The wad "OIL" as used herein is hereby declared to include all liquid hydrocarbons purchased hereunder, end the word "GAS' as used herein is hereby declared

T. The undersigned hereby expressly ratify and confirm the oil, gas and mineral lease or leases, pursuant to which oil and gas from the property is being produced
and sold, any ai endments and supplements to such lease or leases including any designations, declarations or agreements creating the unit including the above described
property, if such be the case.
S. This division order may be executed in counterparts and shall be binding on and 'hall inure to the benefit of each signer hereto, his/her heirs, successors, and assigns,
whether or not it is executed by all pates named herein. This Division Order shall be binding on any and all infi0 wells drilled that cover the same spacing unit and
formation described herein.

In your letter dated February 14, 1995 to Sue Hudson you requested information concerning you
interest in the above referenced well. On September 13, 1994, the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Weld granted a Weld County Oil and Gas Lease to Snyder Oil Corporation. Said
OilandGas Lease was recorded in Book 1461, Reception No. 2408871. This lease reserved a 12.5%
royalty interest.
The acreage covered by said Lease was included in Tracts D and E of the referenced spacing unit.
The calculation of this interest isasfollows:

(31.25% M.I. x 8.6/80 acres x 12.5% ) +( 37.5% M.I. x 20.526/80 acres x 12.5%) = 1.622617%
Please let me know if you have additional questions concerning the referenced well or the interest
attributable to Weld County for the well. Upon receipt of the signed Division Order for this
property, Weld County will be placed in a pay status and all monies relating to this interest will be
released.

The Board of County Commissioners has received a Division Order for the Weld County 1-9H5 well
in the North Half Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 5 North, Range 65 West.
The Office of the Clerk to the Board has searched their files and are not able to locate anything
relating to the Southeast Quarter of Section 1. Please provide any additional information you have
available so that we can review the Division Order and take action on it.
