RE: APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT FOR HOUSING REHABILITATION
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Project Completion Report for
Housing Rehabilitation from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, to the
Colorado Department of Human Services, with terms and conditions being as stated in said
report, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Project Completion Report
for Housing Rehabilitation from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing
Authority, to the Colorado Department of Human Services be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D., 1998.

DATE: June 15, 1998
As discussed at the Housing Authority Work Session of June 15, 1998, the State requires that
upon completion of a CDBG or HOME program, a Project Completion Report be completed that
reflects the total number of units completed, the total amount expended, as well as beneficiary
information.
Presented for your approval is the Project Completion Report for Project Number 96-637-CDBG
Housing Rehabilitation Program. Under this Contract six single family dwellings and one
replacement housing project was completed. This Contract expired November 15, 1997, and a
second contract was executed December 26, 1997 to continue activities of Contract 96-637-
CDBG. It was necessary to execute a new Contract since the State was not able to approve an
extension of the Contract prior to the Contract deadline of November 15, 1997.
Staff is recommending Board approval of the Project Completion Report for Project Number 96-
637-CDBG.
