NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That there was filed in
the District Court in Weld County, Colorado, on the °Z, CT -4 -day of
, 1960, a Petition entitled: In Re the Organi-
zation of Evans Sanitation District, Weld County, Colorado", which
(Petition prays for the organization of the above r_e.ned. Sanitation
.(District. Said Petition is now on file at the office of the Clerk
,of the District Court for Weld County, Colorado, in Greeley, Colo-
''rad°, and is available for public inspection.
The purpose of the District is to provide a complete
sanitary sewer gathering and disposal system for the District and
its inhabitants.
The estimated cost of the proposed sewer improvements is
$275,000.
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 283.3 feet south
of the northwest corner of Section 20, Township
5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. and
on the west line of said Section 20; thence
east a distance of 150 feet on a line parallel
to the north line of the Stroh's Third Addi-
tion to the Town of Evans; thence S 00 22' 00"
E 276.5 feet to an intersection with the north
line of Strohts Third Addition to the Town of
Evans; thence east along the north line of the
said Stroh's Third Addition a distance of 212
feet to the northeast corner of Stroh's Third
Addition; thence S 33° 21' 00" E a distance

of 662 feet; thence S 87° 57' 00" E a distance
of 52.2 feet; thence south a distance of 135
feet along the east line of the Strohvs Third
Addition to the Town of Evans to an intersec-
tion with the north line of the Sunnyview Addi-
tion to the Town of Evans, thence east a dis-
tance of 53 fest along the north line of said
Sunnyview Addition to the northeast corner of
said Sunnyview Addition, thence south along
the east line of Sunnyview Addition a distance
of 1201.4 feet; thence west along the south
line of Sunnyview Addition a distance of 119.3
feet; thence south along the east line of
Sunnyview Addition a distance of 197 feet to
an intersection with the north right-of-way
line of Fourteenth Street of the Town of Evans;
thence east along the north right-of-way line
of said Fourteenth Street to its intersection
with the east right-of-way line of new U. S.
Highway 85; thence N 0° 41► 00" E a distance of
196.2 feet along the east right-of-way line of
said U. S. Highway 85; thence N 18° 32' 00" E
a distance of 340 feet along the said east
right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 85 to a
point; thence S 89° 33' 30" E a distance of
331.4 feet; thence S 0° 30' 30" W a distance
of 520 feet to a point on the north right-
of-way line of Fourteenth Street of the Town
of Evans; thence southwesterly along the west
right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Rail-
road to the intersection of the north right-
of-way line of Ninth Street; thence east along
said north right-of-way line of Ninth Street
to the intersection with the east right-of-
way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
northeasterly along said east right-of-way
line of the Union Pacific Railroad to the in-
tersection of the north right-of-way line of
Fourteenth Street of the Town of Evans; thence
east along the north right-of-way line of said
Fourteenth Street to its intersection with the
east right-of-way line extended north of Trini-
dad; thence south along the said oast right-
of-way line of Trinidad to the northwest corner
of Lot 31 of the Subdivision of SE4 of Section
20, T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M.; thence east along
the north line of Lots 31 and 26 extended east
of the subdivision of the said SEi of Section 20
to the northwest corner of Lot 19 of the sub-
division of the said 3E of Section 20, said
corner also being on the east right-of-way line
of Terryall of the Town of Evans; thence south
along the east right-of-way line of Terryall of
the Town of Evans to its Intersection with the
south line of Section 20, T5N, X65'', avid 1lne
being the centerline of Ninth Street of the Town
of Evans; thence west along the south line of
said Section 20 to its intersection with the
centerline of the alley extended north between
Pueblo and Trinidad in the Town of Evans; thence
south along the centerline of the alley between
Pueblo and Trinidad to its intersection with the
centerline of Sixth Street in the Town of Evans;

to its intersection with the centerline of the
alley between Empire and Pueblo in the Town of
Evans; thence south along the centerline of the
alley between Empire and Pueblo to the center-
line of Fifth Street in the Town of Evans;
thence west along the centerline of Fifth Street
to its intersection with the centerline of the
alley between Golden and Empire in the Town of
Evans; thence south along the centerline of the
alley between Golden and Empire to its inter-
section with the south line of Lot 29 extended
east of Block 71 Town of Evans; thence west
along the south line of said Lot 29 Block 71
and along the south line of Lots 8 and 29 of
Blocks 72, 73, 7l., 75 and 76 to its intersec-
tion with the east right-of-way line of the
Union Pacific Railroad; thence northerly along
the east right-of-way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad to its intersection with the south
right-of-way line of Eighth Street in the Town
of Evans; thence west along the south right-of-
way line of Eighth Street extended west to its
intersection with the west right-of-way line of
the Union Pacific Railroad; thence southerly
along the west right-of-way line of the Union
Pacific Railroad to its intersection with the
south right-of-way line of Sixth Street extend-
ed west; thence west along the south right-of-
way line of Sixth Street extended west to its
intersection with the west line of Section 29,
T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M.; thence north along
the west line of said Section 29 to its inter-
section with the south right-of-way line of
Eighth Street extended east; thence west along
the south right-of-way line extended east of
Eighth Street to its intersection with the west
right-of-way line of the Evans Ditch; thence
southwesterly along the west right-of-way line
of the Evans Ditch to its intersection with the
south line of Lot 6 of Block 118 in the Town of
Evans extended east; thence west along the south
line of Lot 6 extended east and Lot 6 Block 118
to its intersection with the centerline of the
alley between Burlington and Belmont in the Town
of Evans; thence north along the centerline of
the alley between Burlington and Belmont to its
intersection with the south line of Lot 33 of
Block 118 extended east; thence west along the
south line of said Lot 33 extended and Lot 33,
Block 118 and Lot 4 of Block 117 in the Town of
Evans to the centerline of the alley between Bel-
mont and Collins in the Town of Evans; thence
north along the centerline of the alley between
Belmont and Collins to its intersection with the
north line of Section 30 T5N, R65W of the 6th
P.M., said line being the centerline of Ninth
Street in the Town of Evans; thence east along
the north line of said Section 30 to its inter-
section with the east right-of-way line of the

Evans Ditch; thence northeasterly and easterly
along the east and south right—of—way line of
the Evans Ditch to its intersection with the
east line of Section 19, T5N, R65W of the 6th
P.M.; thence north along the east line of said
Section 19 to its intersection with the center-
line of Tenth Street extended west in the Town
of Evans; thence west along the centerline of
said Tenth Street extended west to its intersec-
tion with the west line of the SE* of the SEi
of said Section 19; thence north to the NW cor-
ner of the SEof the NEi of said Section 19;
thence east along the north line of the said
SE4 of the NE* to its intersection with the
eastern right-of-way line of the Adams Seep Ditch;
thence northwesterly along the eastern right-of-
way line of the Adams Seep Ditch to its inter-
section with the west line of the NEI of the NE*
of said Section 19; thence N 89° 45' 00" E
1321.8 feet to a point on the east line of said
Section 19; thence north along the east line of
said Section 19 a distance of 297.3 feet; thence
west along a line parallel to the north line of
Lot 4 of the NEi of the NE* of said Section 19

19 a distance of 148 feet to a point on the
north line of Lot 4 of the NEj of the NE* of said
