K Wev/9/58) - L ject S 0030(10) County Weld Date July 29, 1960 COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 29th day of July 19 60 , by and between the County of Weld party of the first part, and THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION OF COLORADO, a public corporation for the use and benefit of the STATE OF COLORADO, party of the second part, WITNESSETH that WHEREAS, The Department has constructed, or proposes to yon truct, or provide for the construction of, a project known as Project S 0030(10) approximately 7.651 • miles long, beginning a$ about 6.2 males bast of Prospect Valley - bast to County Line on State Highway No. of in the County, and - — - — - - WHEREAS, the said State Highway is part of the Federal, Aid Secondary System, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the Federal Aid Act of 1950, the Parties have jointly reviewed the Geometric Standards governing the type of construction for said Project and have agreed as follows: That the 1958 Annual Average Traffic Volume, as determined from actual vehicular count, by the Planning and Research Division of the Department is found to be 425 vehicles per day. Therefore, in accordance with approved and established practices, the traffic volume twenty years hence is estimated to be 895 • vehicles per day. Consequently, the type of construction shall be that designated as Type C of the Geometric Standards dated August 1, 1952, more fully described as follows: The surface shalll consist of Plant Mix Asphalt , 22 11 feet wide on a roadway 30 J feet wide. The maximum grade shall be 3.bb percent and the curvature shall not exceed 0 degrees and 0 minutes. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Successors and assigns of the Parties Thereto.
