RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF STEPHEN MOKRAY TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stephen Mokray be appointed to said
commission, to replace Ann Garrison as the District 4 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Stephen Mokray to said
commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Stephen Mokray be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning
Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of June, A.D., 1997.
