RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND IN MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the Change Fund in the Motor
Vehicle Department be increased by $1,190.00, per the attached memorandum from J. A. "Suki"
Tsukamoto, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, which states the following:
$800.00 to increase the Change Fund and $390.00 to start 16 cash
drawers for Cash Tendering System to implement One-Stop
Shopping (7 cash drawers at $30.00 and 9 cash drawers at $20.00)
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to increase the Change
Fund in the Motor Vehicle Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Comptroller be, and hereby is, authorized to increase the Change Fund
in the Motor Vehicle Department by $1,190.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of May, A.D., 1996.
