BOARD:
WHEREAS. on June 5, 1962, the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, together with the Council of the City of
Greeley resolved to organize a Weld County Municipal Airport,
thereby creating the need for a Weld County Municipal Airport Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board agreed to appoint three members for a
period of time as so specified in the aforementioned resolution,
and
WHEREAS. it has been recommended that Carl Showalter of
Johnstown, Colorado, Floyd Allen of Eaton, Colorado and Lowell Adams
of Greeley, Colorado, be so appointed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, do and hereby appoint Carl
Showalter, Floyd Allen and Lowell Adams as members of the Weld County
Municipal Airport Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion, duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
