Gentlemen: - The undersigned, P. J . Meng and Joseph S . Schick, owners respectively of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Thirty-four (34) , Township No. 2, North, Range 64 'lest in said County situate , and the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Section, over a portion of which a proposed public road extends , known as the J. A. bharr road, as appears in and by a certain Road Viewers ' Report filed in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of said County on the 22nd day of December , 1919, are of the opinion that the damages awarded each of us by said viewers are inadequate and insufficient. We , therefore , pursuant to the Statute in such behalf enacted, respectfully request that a jury ascertain and determine the compensation which undersigned are entitled to by reason of the damages sustained by the laying out of such road.
