RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Armour, Edward Rubadue, and Dora
Johnson be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint John Armour, Edward Rubadue,
and Dora Johnson to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that John Armour, Edward Rubadue, and Dora Johnson, be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Workforce Development Board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of March, A.D., 1999.
