BIL-LAR ACRES:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way over
the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in the
Bil-lar Acres Subdivision, being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section
33, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particualrly described
as follows:
Beginning at the South Quarter corner of Section 33, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.;
Thence NO°05' E 1172.75 feet along the North -south centerline of said
Section 33; thence S 89°21' W 249.92 feet; thence S 69°22' W 422.27 feet;
thence S 63°44'20" W 226.17 feet; thence S 89°00'40" W 168.09 feet;
thence N 78°00' W 445.71 feet; thence S 80°00' W 220.00 feet; thence
N 56°23'40" W 111.21 feet; thence N 2°15'40" W 291.67 feet; thence
N 48°52' W 706.90 feet; thence N 86°20'50" W 330.39 feet to the West
line of said Section 33; thence S 0°15' W 1241.55 feet along the West
line of said Section 33 to the Northerly line extended Westerly of
that parcel of land deeded to Beierle as described in Deed recorded
in Book 557, Reception No. 1478501 of the Weld County Records, Weld
County, Colorado; thence S 73°30'E770.00 feet along the Northerly
line extended westerly and the Northerly line of that parcel described
in said Book 557,Reception No. 1478501 to the NE corner thereof;
thence S 23°33'40" E 388.66 feet along the easterly line of that parcel
described in said Book 557, Reception No. 1478501 to the South line
of said Section 33; thence N 89°50'30" E 1744.94' along the South
line of said Section 33 to the point of beginning; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public
roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided,
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of the streets,
roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the sub -divided
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resdution was, 'on motion duly made and seconded,
