'Netd County Panning Dept. MAR 1 01997 LECEIV ED 970479 mEmoRAnDum WiP To Gloria Dunn, Current Planner Date March 3, 1997 COLORADO From Don Carroll, Project Administrator0144 S-358, William H. Jerke (Scotch Pine Estates, minor Subdivision Subject` Request for Release of Collateral for Scotch Pines Estates Minor) At the request of the applicant's contractor, Bestway Paving, I reinspected Scotch Pine Estates Subdivision on February 25, 1997. The purpose for the inspection was to verify that the items on my memorandum dated September 11, 1996, were complete. The four utility crossings were recompacted and graveled as needed. The entire road has been regraded, rolled, and compacted. The weeds that were growing in the road and shoulder areas have been removed. The only item that needs to be replaced is the stop sign at the intersection of Scotch Pine and WCR 41. This sign has been stolen, and the applicant needs to replace the sign. Referring to my memorandum dated May 10, 1994, and September 11, 1995, I asked that the following items be placed on the mylar prior to recording the plat. A typical cross section identifying: a) Width b) Depth of gravel c) 10 foot driving lanes d) 3 foot shoulders with 4 inches of aggregate base course e) Scotch Pine Street needs to be identified on the mylar 0 g) The 15 inch cross culvert needs to be placed on the mylar located adjacent to WCR 41 The pull -off location for the fire hydrant unit requested by the LaSalle Fire Protection District needs to be placed on the mylar I have no problem in releasing the remaining withholdings on this project if all the above items are completed. cc: Commissioner Hall S-358 plan7 970479 it 4‘&*. 111k.
