Dear Ms. Truswell, ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
Please accept this donation as part of the agreement between myself and Weld
County of Colorado. The amount of $9.74 is not a large one, but reflects a small
companies first year and only two months of operation at that. For the months of
November and December of 1995 my net income totaled $64.91. You'll find the amount
donated is 15 percent of the income as agreed.
I'm happy to report that 1996 income is starting out very well and I will keep in
touch as the year progresses with donation reports like this one. Please let me know if
you would like Quarterly Reports, otherwise I will likely send semi-annual reports.
Thank-you for the opportunity to work with you as well as the affiliation with
Weld County. I'm sure the newspaper article on the company was a surprise to us all and
just a nice addition to the opportunity to help others in our community.
Please let me know if I can be of any more assistance to you throughout the year.
