VI-9800080, Clara Notary Sections 20.10.3, 20.10.9, 30, 40, 60.5.2, 50.5.3 and 70.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance. Final electrical, steps and landings, final plumbing and final approval not completed on Mobile Home Permit Number PR-9730165 VI-9800092,Jesus Bernardo and Mary Li Mendoza Sections 30.5.1.1 and 92.3.6 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Final inspections required on Building Permit BC-9701105. Electrical reconnected without appropriate inspections. VI-9800102,Jeremiah Wickham Sections 31.2 and 31.3.9 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance The stockpiling of materials to be recycled is not a use allowed by right in the A (Agricultural) zone district VI-9800013, David Miller Section 31.2 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
