O R D E R
We, Donald A. Carpenter and Roy M. Briggs, as Judges of the
said District Court in and for the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, at a meeting held en banc as required by law do hereby
pursuant to Chapter 56, Article 3, Section 8, Colorado Reviled
Statutes, 1963, as amended, do hereby fix the compensation of
Donna J. Powell as Division Clerk of Division 2 of the District
Court at the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00)
payable monthly at the rate of Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars,
($375.00), per month, commencing October 1, 1967.
