RE: ACTION OF THE WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REGARDING BUILDING CODE
ORDINANCE VIOLATION - CHRISTOPHER STRONG
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Christopher Strong, VI #9800118, is allegedly in violation of the Weld
County Building Code Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter are continuing, and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of July, 1999, a public hearing was held before the Board
of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Christopher Strong, property owner, was not present or represented at said
hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue said
violation to the August 10, 1999, Violation Hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that VI #9800118 against Christopher Strong be, and hereby is,
continued to the August 10, 1999, Violation Hearing.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of July, A.D., 1999.
