RE: Public Hearing to consider the Oamek Property Annexation and Zoning to be held
by the Erie Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 5, 1999, at 7:00 PM in the
Council Chambers, Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street.
Gentlemen :
Please be advised that the Erie Planning Commission has set a public hearing to consider the
Annexation and Zoning of the Oamek property located at 585 Evans Street. The requested
zoning is Low Density Residential (LR), which is compatible with the surrounding
neighborhood.
This letter is to be considered your notice of the above referenced public hearing. We are sending
you this notice as an adjacent property owner or referral agency of the Town. Copies of the
application are on file and available for public inspection in the Community Development Office,
at the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado. Your comments are welcome during the
public hearing, or you may send written comments to the Erie Town Hall, Box 750, Erie, CO
80516.
