The property is designated in the Weld County Assessors Office as parcel(s) number(s) 147532000026 . The noxious weeds present on the property are Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense) and musk thistle (Carduus nutans). Section 35-5.5-109,C.R.S. requires you to control the weeds by using at least one of these methods. Please be advised that if you do not control or eradicate these weeds by July 24, 1996 I will ask the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County for permission to enter the property to use one of these methods of control or eradication at your expense, as provided in Section 35-5.5-109 (5a) C.R.S. I will be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding the control or eradication of the noxious weeds on the property. I am also available to assist you in developing short and long term weed management plans. The office phone number is 356-4000, EXT. 3770.
