Know All Men by These Presents:
That MIDWEST STEEL AND IRON WORKS COMPANY
of 25 Larimer Street, Denver, Colorado (hereinafter called the
Principal) as Principal, and THE TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Conn. (herein-
after called the Surety), as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto
COUNTY OF WELD, COLORADO
and to all sub -contractors and persons who have furnished or shall furnish materials
actually used in the performance of the hereinafter mentioned Contract, or who have
performed or shall perform labor in the performance of, or in connection with the
said Contract (hereinafter called the Obligees) in the sum of --FORTY-FOUR
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND NO/10064- Dollars ($44,933.00 ),
together with interest thereon at the rate of eight per centum (8%) per annum from
the time when any payment in accordance with the hereinafter mentioned contract shall
(become due until such payment shall be made, for the payment of which, well and truly
to be made to the Obligees, the Principal and Surety bind themselves, their executors,
administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and severally firmly by these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Principal and Surety have executed this instrument,
this 18th day of April A. D., 19 63
The condition of the above obligation is such that,
WHEREAS, the Principal and said County
have entered into a certain written Contract

In accordance with plans and specifications drawn by Nelson, Haley, Patterson and

NOW, THEREFORE, if the said Principal shall at all times duly, promptly and
faithfully perform all the terms and conditions of said contract on his or its part
to be performed in accordance therewith, and if the said Principal or his or its sub-
contractor or sub -contractors shall duly and promptly pay for any and all labor,
materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender and other supplies that have
been or shall be used or consumed by such Principal or his or its sub -contractors in
the performance of the work in said Contract contracted to be done, and if the said
Principal shall duly and promptly pay all sub -contractors for any and all materials
and labor that have been or shall be furnished and performed or used in connection
with the performance of said Contract and shall also indemnify and save harmless the
said County of Weld. Colorado
to the extent of any and all payments in connection with the carrying out of said Con-
tract which said County of Weld, Colorado
may be required to make under the law by reason of any such failure or default by the
said Principal and any such sub -contractor, then this obligation shall be null and
void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.

its true and lawful Attorney(s)-in-Fact, with full power and authority, for and on behalf of the Company
as surety, to execute and deliver and affix the seal of the Company thereto, if a seal is required, bonds,
undertakings, recognizances or other written obligations in the nature thereof, as follows:

ARTICLE IV, SECTION 9. The Chairman of the Board, the President, any Vice President, any Secretary or
any Department Secretary may appoint attorneys -in -fact or agents with power and authority, as defined or
limited in their respective powers of attorney, for and on behalf of the Company to execute and deliver, and
affix the seal of the Company thereto, bonds, undertakings, recognizances or other written obligations in the
nature thereof and any of said officers may remove any such attorney -in -fact or agent and revoke the power
and authority given to him.
ARTICLE IV, SECTION 11. Any bond, undertaking, recognizance or written obligation in the nature thereof
shall be valid and binding upon the Company when signed by the Chairman of the Board, the President or
any Vice President and duly attested and sealed, if a seal is required, by any Secretary or any Department
Secretary or any Assistant Secretary, or when signed by the Chairman of the Board, the President or any Vice
President and countersigned and sealed, if a seal is required, by a duly authorized attorney -in -fact or agent;
and any such bond, undertaking, recognizance or written obligation in the nature thereof shall be valid and
binding upon the Company when duly executed and sealed, if a seal is required, by one or more attorneys -in -
fact or agents pursuant to and within the limits of the authority granted by his or their power or powers of
attorney.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY has caused
these presents to be signed by its proper officer and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this
