OF ADJUSTMENT GRANTING VARIANCE
TOWN OF FORT LUPTON:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Adjustment has submitted a re-
commendation to the Board of County Commissioners for the granting of a
variance to the Town of Fort Lupton, Colorado, to permit a Sanitation District
in "A" Agricultural District, to be located on the tract of land, more
particularly described as follows:
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE'SWi) of
Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.,
and
WHEREAS, no objectors appeared at a public hearing that was properly
advertised and held by the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the recommendation of the Weld County Board of
Adjustment, attached and made part of this resolution, be concurred in and said
variance for the Town of Fort Lupton be and it is hereby granted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Weld County Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting at 3:00 P. M., No-
vember 9, 1964, in the District Court Hearing Room, Fourth Floor, Court House,
Greeley, Colorado, to consider the following subject:
Docket No. 1
Request by the Town of Fort Lupton for.the location of a sewage treatment
facility for the Town of Fort Lupton on the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66
Test of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado.
All persons in any manner interested in this subject are invited to attend the
aforementioned 'meeting and be heard.
