RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION #950058 - JAMES STROHAUER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS!, on January 11, 1995, by Resolution #950058, the Board did approve Minor
Resubdivision #368 for James Strohauer, 2605 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631 to
vacate a portion of Russell Avenue within the unincorporated Town of Barnesville, and
WHEREAS, an error was made in the legal description of said Resolution, which shall
be corrected to read as follows:
That portion of Russell Avenue on the north side of
Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 36, Barnesville, Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to correct said legal description for the parcel
of land as described hereinabove.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Resolution #950058, approved January 11, 1995, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Planning
Services, and James Strohauer be, and hereby is, corrected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of September, A.D., 1999.
