Members in attendance who found no conflicts with the plan and recommended approval of the Overall Utility Plan as submitted included Don Carroll,Weld County Department of Public Works and Cody Wooldridge, Central Weld Water District. In lieu of calling a special meeting of the Utility Board, Planning Staff and the County Attorney determined that holding an informal review session with individuals on the Advisory Board would be appropriate for this case only, because of the Utility Board's recent history with lack of quorum and out of fairness to Mr. Oliver. Thus, on Monday September 27, 1999, two members of the Utility Board Advisory Committee who were unable to attend the scheduled meeting of September 23, 1999 due to other commitments, provided comments to the Elms at Meadow Vale Final PUD Utility Plan. Their comments are as follows: Mark Peterson, St. Vrain Sanitation District: 1. Concerned with access to sanitary manholes for maintenance within the community open space areas. (U&DE Areas) 2. Concerned with potential conflicts with the existing right-of-way to the Farmer's No. 3 Reservoir. With concerns met, he recommends approval of the Utility Plan as submitted. Larry Holman, Public Service of Colorado: Sees no conflict and has no concerns. Recommends approval of the Utility Plan as submitted. A quorum was reached with four of seven members recommending approval of the Elms at Meadow Vale Final PUD Utility Plar. SERVICE,TEAMWORK,INTEGRITY,QUALITY L1 991515 lQ. Hello
