A regular meeting of the Weld County Board of Adjustment was held on Thursday, February 27, 1997, in the
Commissioners' Hearing Room (#101), 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. The meeting was called to order
by John Windsor, Chairman.

The summary of the last regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment held on July 25, 1996, was approved as
read.
1. CASE NUMBER: BOA -990
PLANNER: Shani L. Eastin
APPLICANT: Robert & Shauna Dillon
REQUEST: A variance to reduce front setback to 13 feet in the A (Agricultural) zone district.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot A of RE -1754, part of the NW4 SW4 of Section 30, T2N, R68W
of the 6th P.M., Weld County Colorado.
LOCATION: South of and adjacent to Weld County Road 16-1/2; approximately 1/2 mile east of
Weld County Road 1. For a more precise location, see legal.
Shani L. Eastin read the Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation into the record.
The Chairman asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak for or against this application.
No one wished to speak.
Arthur Partridge moved Case Number BOA -990, Robert & Shauna Dillon, be approved based on the
Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation. Timothy Losh seconded the motion.
The Chairman asked the secretary to poll the members of the Board of Adjustment for their decision. Clayton
Gage -yes; Robert Akin -yes; Timothy Losh-yes; Gary Stewart -yes; MaryAnn DePinto-yes; Arthur Partridge -
yes; John Windsor -yes. Motion approved unanimously.
