Dear Dr. Cattell:
The Department of Planning Services' has reviewed your request regarding USR 845 and has determined
that your proposed use of the property does not constitute a substantial change to the existing Use by Special
Review. Further, your operation shall remain in compliance with the approved conditions of approval,
specifically the number of cows permitted and the use covered under this application.
The proposed dairy freestall barn, approximately 100 x 150 feet in size shall require a building permit. Please
contact the Building Inspection Department in our office, at the same telephone number and address to obtain
the correct application form(s) and additional materials as required.
