Enclosed is a copy of the Bragg Ranch Company's resolutions
to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, asking
for approval of its commercial hog operation located 4 miles northeast
of Hudson, Colorado. The entire operation is located in Weld County.
In May 1967 the establishment of a large coimuercial hog oper-
ation by Bragg Ranch Company was discussed with the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County and oral permission was given.
Previous to this the City Planning and Zoning Commission of
Greeley was contacted but I was informed they had nothing to do with
the approval of such a business which was to be located outside of the
city limits of Greeley. I was told to contact the Weld County Commissioners.
This was done.
I certainly would appreciate your help in securing approval
of the Bragg Ranch Company's commercial hog operation.
