RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BILL SHELL TO WELD/LARIMER LOAN REVIEW
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld/Larimer Loan Review Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Shell be appointed to said committee, to
replace Richard Mollander, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Bill Shell to said committee, with his
term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bill Shell be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld/Larimer Loan Review
Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 1996.
