KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that THE TOWN' -OF DACONO,
a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, for the consideration of other, valuable' considerations
and Ten Dollars, in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to
WELD COUNTY,, a Municipal Corporation of the County of Weld and
State of Colorado, the following real property, situate in the
County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit: See attached
Exhibit "A", Tract "E", a tract of land located in the NW4 of
Section 6, Township 1 North, Range,67 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner (W 4Cor.) of
said Section 6 and considering the West line of said
Northwest Quarter (NW4) to bear North 000 00''00"
East with all bearings contained herein relative there-
to; thence South 89° 21' 27" East along the South line
of said Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 1 North,
Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, 24.69
feet to the true point of beginning. Thence along the
arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 375.00 feet and

OPEN A PORTION OF RAILROAD AVENUE
DACONO, COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Dacono has requested
that the street known as Railroad Avenue in the Town of Dacono that was vacated
by resolution dated December 28, 1966 be relocated and opened for public use,
and
WHEREAS, the Town of Dacono has deeded the proposed right-of-way to
Weld County for this purpose, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Board, the necessities of the public
require said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the street in Dacono known as Railroad Avenue
be relocated and opened in accordance with that certain Warranty Deed as recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder in Book 589, Rec.# 1511160, the
Deed is attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES,
DISTRICT NUMBER TWO, COUNTY ROAD 157:
WHEREAS, due to increased traffic and an angle railroad crossing,
the safety and welfare of the general public necessitates changing the route
of County Road #157 as located in the Southwest corner of Section 31, Township
1, North, Range 67 West; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Conrad Sack for the consideration of $3,461.50 will convey
by warranty deed a parcel of land for right-of-way purposes, more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the West line of the SW4 of said Section 31 to bear
North 00°00'00" East and with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto: Beginning at the point of intersection of the
South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section 31 with
the easterly Right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railway Company,
said right-of-way line being 75.00 feet easterly from as measured at
right angles to the centerline of the existing tracks, from which
point the southwest corner of said Section 31 bears North 89°54'00"
West a distance of 242.94 feet; thence North 05°30'00" West along
said easterly right-of-way line 2,534.—b4 feet to its intersection
with the west line df the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section 31;
thence North 00°00'00" east along said west line 124.44 feet; thence
South 89°47'30" east 30.00 feet to the East right-of-way of the existing
County Road; thence South 00°00'00" east along said east right-of-way
8.55 feet; thence South 08°38'00" east 2,669.33 feet to the south line
of the Southwest Quarter (SWj) of said Section 31; thence North 89°
54'00" west along the south line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
said Section 31 a distance of 187.75 feet to the point of beginning
(Contains 6.923 acres including existing public road rights -of -way
as shown).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that District No. Two be and is hereby authorized to
purchase said tracts of land for right -of way purposes on County Road #157.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
