RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bruce Fitzgerald be appointed to said
commission, to replace Shirley Camenisch as an at -large representative, and that Fred Walker,
District 2, and Robert Tucker, District 3, be reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the abovenamed individuals to said
commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Bruce Fitzgerald be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Planning Commission to replace Shirley Camenisch as an at -large representative, with a term
to expire July 31, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Fred Walker, District 2, be, and hereby
is, reappointed to the Weld County Planning Commission, with a term to expire July 31, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Robert Tucker, District 3, be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Planning Commission, with his term to expire
July 31, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 1997.
