RE: CERTIFICATION OF NOVEMBER 4, 1997, GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1997, a General Election was held in and for the County of
Weld, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk and Recorder has presented the Certification of Election, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference at this point, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to accept said
Certification of General Election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Certification of the Weld County General Election be, and hereby is,
accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of November, A.D., 1997.
