RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF LIENS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES LOCATED
IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-2 -WELD COUNTY JOHNSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by resolution on November 3, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, made an assessment for cost of improvements for Weld County Johnson
Local Improvement District No. 1993-2, against owners of properties included within said district,
and
WHEREAS, on December 29, 1993, the above described resolution was recorded with the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Book No. 1419, Reception No. 02366503, constituting a lien
against said properties, and
WHEREAS, certain owners of said properties have paid the entire amount of said liens, with
said owners and their properties being shown on the attached list, marked as Exhibit "A", a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned
liens against those properties listed in Exhibit "A", and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the liens created by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County and recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Book No. 1419,
Reception No. 02366503, against the properties in the Weld County Johnson Local Improvement
District No. 1993-2, as shown on attached Exhibit "A" be, and hereby are, declared to be satisfied
in full and hereby released from those properties.
