Dear Mr. Pate:
Thank you for your June 2, letter. Department of Planning Services staff reviewed your letter
and determine that the addition of a second access would require an amendment to Amended
USR-247:87:10. Please call me to setup an appointment to review the amendment application
process should you choose to pursue the second access to the approved site.
Flood hazard development permits will be required for all structures permanent or temporary and
for all stock piles within the flood prone area(100 year flood plain). No sand and gravel, other
mineral deposits, fill material, flammable or explosive materials or any material that, in times of
flooding, are buoyant, may not be stored in the Floodway District. A copy of the FIRM map is
attached along with a Flood Hazard Development Permit application.
