In response to your letter dated January 22, 1999 the Department of Planning Staff has
determined that you will need to apply for a Building Permit and a Flood Hazard Development
Permit (attached) to place your building on site North of and adjacent to Hwy 119 and West of I-
25. The addition of this building is not considered a significant change to your USR application
for mining.
