AR2478459 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.T 1990-2 AIN DESCRIBED LOCATED WELD COUNTY BASSWOOD IN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by resolution on August 21, 1991,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, made an assessment for cost of improvements for Weld County Basswood Local Improvement District No. 1990-2, against owners of properties included within said district, and WHEREAS, on August 27, 1991, the above described resolution was recorded with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Book No. 1309, Reception No. 02260932, constituting a lien against said properties, and WHEREAS,certain owners of said properties have paid the entire amount of said liens,with said owners and their properties being shown on the attached list, marked as Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned liens against those properties listed in Exhibit"A", and NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the liens created by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County and recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Book No. 1309, Reception No. 02260932, against the properties in the Weld County Basswood Local Improvement District No. 1990-2, as shown on attached Exhibit"A" be, and hereby are, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby released from those properties.
