RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN -WIEDEMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and Edwien and Gary Wiedeman,
5880 West 49th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634, with terms and conditions being as stated in
said acceptance, for property located in SW% SE'/. of Section 20, Township 5 North, Range 66,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed of
dedication, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Public Works Department, and Edwien and Gary Wiedeman be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said acceptance.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of August, A.D., 1999.

DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Edwien Wiedeman and Gary W.
Wiedeman, whose address is 5880 West 49" Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634, being the owners of
certain property in Weld County, Colorado, described in Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B,"
both attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, do hereby dedicate forever said property as
a public highway, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 43-2-201(1)(a), free and clear of all liens
and encumbrances and warrant title to the same.

ACCEPTANCE
The County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, by and through
its Board of County Commissioners, hereby accepts the above dedication of property as a public
highway pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 43-2-201(1)(a). This acceptance shall not
constitute acceptance for maintenance by the County unless and until the road is improved to
County standards arid accepted for maintenance by separate action of the Board of County
Commissioners.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Weideman Parcel
A parcel of land being part of the Southwest Quarter(S W1/4)1/4) and part of the Southeast Quarter
(SE1/4)of Section Twenty (20),Township Five North(T.5N.), Range Sixty-six West(R.66W.)
of the Sixth Principal Meridian(6th P.M.), County of Weld, State of Colorado and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 20 and assuming the South line of
said SW 1/4 as bearing South 89°10'58" West a distance o:F2700.26 feet with all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
THENCE North 01°38'43" West along the East line of said SW1/4 a distance of 30.00 feet to the
Northerly Right-Of-Way (ROW) line of Weld County Road#54 (WCR#54). Said point being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
THENCE South 89°10'58" West along said Northerly ROW line a distance of 749.57 feet;
THENCE North 00°49'02" West a distance of 15.00 feet;
