HomeMy WebLinkAbout992119.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -WIEDEMAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and Edwien and Gary Wiedeman, 5880 West 49th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634, with terms and conditions being as stated in said acceptance, for property located in SW% SE'/. of Section 20, Township 5 North, Range 66, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed of dedication, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and Edwien and Gary Wiedeman be, and hereby is, accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said acceptance. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of August, A.D., 1999.
