Generally, all other property is assessed at 29% of actual value (39-1-104(1) and (1.5)(a), C.R.S.). Assessed value for oil & gas production is 87.5% primary and 75% secondary. Appraisal data used to establish value were gathered from the 18 month period ending June 30 1996.
