ELECTION FOR PEST CONTROL DISTRICT,
NEW RAYMER AND STONEHAM:
WHEREAS, the necessary number of signatures of resident landowners
in the proposed New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District have been presented
to the Weld County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the petitions request the establishment of a "Pest Control
District" for an area in Weld County known as the New Raymer-Stoneham Pest
Control District; and
WHEREAS, the petitions appear to be in proper order and an election
should now be held to determine whether or not said district should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that (1) an election shall be held
to determine whether or not a New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District is to be
established; (2) a board of three judges is hereby appointed, to -wit: Stanley
Boyes, Stewart Boulter and Francis Loustalet, for the purpose of counting ballots;
and (3) the formation of said District shall proceed as by law provided.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes

Dear Sirs:
The necessary number of signatures (25% of resident landowners)
are on the attached petitions. There are less than 200 resident
landowners in this proposed district. Over 70 of these landowners
have signed.
The committee has requested a resolution be passed calling for
an election, appointing.a board of three judges, and asking that the
formation of this district shall proceed as by law provided.
This pest control district would be known as the New Raymer-
Stoneham Pest Control District.
