WEST TWENTIETH STREET
JAMES A. ORD:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of a public road situate
within a tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 13,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 13; Thence
North 88° 34' 00" East along the North line of said Section 13
a distance of 783.10 feet to the centerline of the existing
sanitary sewer line; Thence South 00° 30' 00" East along the
said centerline, 100.00 feet; Thence South 88° 34' 00" West
and parallel to the North line of said Section 13, a distance
of 200.00 feet; Thence North 88° 25' 50" West, 381.42 feet
to a point which is 80.00 feet Southerly of, as measured at
right angles to the North line of said Section 13; Thence
South 88° 34' 00" West, parallel to the North line of said
Section 13, a distance of 100.00 feet; Thence South 43° 34' 00"
West, 70.70 feet; Thence South 88° 34' 00" West, 50.00 feet
to the West line of said Section 13; Thence North 01° 41' 10"
West along the West line of said Section 13, a distance of
130.00 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be approved for filing, and
said public road thereon shown be approved by the County of Weld provided,
however, that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public
road after it has been constructed by the sole owner, according to Weld
County Road District Number Two specifications,and not by the County of
Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GREELEY, that the
County Commissioners of Weld County are hereby respectfully requested to
require that 30 feet of land north of the section line from Cottonwood
Village subdivision west to 35th Avenue be dedicated for roadway purposes.
Dated this 21st day of October, 1969.

DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD
KNOWN AS WEST TWENTIETH STREET
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 66:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of a public road situate within
a parcel of land located in part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. Weld County, Colorado, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 13 and considering
the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 13 to bear
North 88° 34' 00" East and with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto;
Thence North 88° 34' 00" East along the North line of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 13, 2,086.75 feet to the Northeast corner
of land described in Book 194, Page 402 of the records of Weld County
Colorado, said corner being the True Point of Beginning.
Thence continuing North 88° 34' 00" East along said North line
588.00 feet to the North Quarter Corner of said Section 13, said
corner also being considered at the Northwest corner of the Annexation
Plat of the First Addition to Cascade Park as filed and recorded in
the records of Weld County;
Thence South 01° 10' 09" East along the East line of said Northwest
Quarter also considered to be the West line of said Annexation Plat,
80.00 feet to a point lying 80.00 feet, as measured at right angles,
from the North line of said Section 13;
Thence South 88° 34' 00" West, parallel to and 80.00 feet, as measured
at right angles, from the North line of said Section 13, a distance of
565.08 feet to a point on the boundary line described in said Book 194,
Page 402;
Thence North 17° 11' 00" West, 83.11 feet along said boundary line to
the True Point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be approved for filing, and said
public road thereon shown be accepted by the County of Weld provided, however that
the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public road after it has been
constructed by the sole owners, according to Weld County Road District Number Two
specifications and not by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
