I, M. A. BUTLER, of Mesa, Arizona, owner of the premises
hereinafter described, did lease on September 20, 1967, said premises
to WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision
of the State of Colorado, Lessee. Pursuant to said lease and all rights
contained therein, it is the intent of the parties thereto to mutually
cancel said lease and quit claim each to the other all of the right,
title and interest that each may have therein.
It is further mutually agreed that the Lessee, WELD COUNTY,
would have the right to move all of its buildings and equipment from
the premises, other than the frame building that presently houses the
motor grader of the County, which the County agrees to leave on the
premises, and with the specific understanding that said building shall
become the property of the Lessor.
The premises and property concerned are more specifically
described as follows:
The four room house and adjoining yard and messuage
as now fenced, being a tract 300 feet square, more or less,
known as the labor house or bunk house located on the South
Half (Si) of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township Eleven (11)
North, Range Sixty (60) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set

I have for acknowledgment your recent letter advising so kindly that
you were willing to cancel the lease with Weld County, covering your
property located northeast of Grover, Colorado.
For your convenience, I attach herewith an instrument entitled "Mutual
Cancellation of Leasehold Interest", already signed by the Board of
County Commissioners on behalf of the County, and which I kindly ask
that you sign as lessor and have properly notarized.
When this is done, I would appreciate it very much if you would return
the original copy to us for our files, keeping the other copy for your
records.
Again, may I, on behalf of Weld County, thank you for your willingness
to cancel said lease inasmuch as the County does not have any further
use for your. property.
