Weld County Sheriff's Office

Dear Ed,
As you know, since January 1991 I have been doing undercover
work in Weld County under a contract with your department.
During this period I purchased a covert transmitter and
receiver to enhance the effectiveness of this project. As I
anticipate no more undercover work in relation to this
project, I feel that I no longer have need for this
transmitter and receiver. Therefore, please accept my A.I.D.
UNITEL 225 receiver and model TX -788 transmitter as a
donation to the Weld county Sheriff's Office.
If I can be of any further assistance to your office, please
feel free to contact me at any time.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Cooke
