RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and Joyce Allely,
with terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Public Works Department, and Joyce Allely be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is. authorized
to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of January, A.D., 1999.

11- QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED is made this 18th day of January, 1999,between JOYCE J. ALLELY of the first part,
and to the the COUNTY OF WELD, a body politic and corporate of the STATE OF COLORADO,
whose address is 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, of the second part.
WITNESSETH,that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of,
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to the said party of the first part in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents
does remise,release,sell,convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its heirs,
successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party
of the first part has in and to the following described lots or parcels of land situate, lying and being
in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
All the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A."
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same,together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said party of the first part has hereunto set its hand and seal

Road Right-Of-Way
A strip of land Sixty feet (60') in width and being part of the North Half of-the Southeast Quarter
(N1/2 SEI/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Five North (T.5N.), Range Sixty-six West
(R.66W.) ()I'the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), County of Weld, State of Colorado and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the South Sixteenth Corner common to Sections 33/34-T.6N.-R.66W. and
assuming the East line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (51/2 SEl/4) of said Section 33
to bear South 00°05'56" East a distance of 1292.29 feet with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto:
THENCE North 00°05'56" West along the East line of said N1/2 SF.1/4 a distance of 235.68 feet
to the existing center line of Weld County Road (WCR) #396;
Thence along said center line by the following Two (2) courses and distances:
THENCE South 81°33'52" West a distance of 57.63 feet;

whose Radius is 410.00 feet, whose Delta is 85°47'16", and whose Long Chord bears North
33°55'52" East a distance of 558.13 feet to the Point of Tangency (PT);
THENCE North 76°49'30" Fast a distance of 68.64 feet to the East line of said N 1/2 SE1/4;

ACCEPTANCE
The County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, by and through
its Board of County Commissioners, hereby accepts the above dedication of property as Public
Rights-of-Way or a Public Highway, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 43-2-201(1)(a).
