RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR TOWN
OF WINDSOR TRANSPORTATION STUDY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to the Professional
Services Agreement for the Town of Windsor Transportation Study between the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
and Duncan Associates, with terms and conditions being as stated in said amendment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said amendment, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for the
Town of Windsor Transportation Study between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Duncan Associates be, and
hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of February, A.D., 1999.

AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY AND DUNCAN ASSOCIATES
The agreement between Weld County (County), and Duncan Associates (Consultant) dated
October 6, 1998, is hereby amended as of January_, 1999, as follows:
Scope of work shall be amended to include the addition of the Town of Windsor Transportation
Study as specified in the attached Exhibit A.
Contract price amount shall be increased by $41,720 to provide for the change of the scope of
work to be done by Felsburg, Holt, & Ullevig under this contract.
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
In witness whereof, County and Consultant have caused this instrument to be signed by their
respective duly authorized officers, on January , 1999.
